• Free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $60+. Orders under $60 ship for $8. Express is $15.
• International rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-day fit guarantee: one free size exchange on insoles within 30 days of delivery.
• Unused items in original condition can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
• Mystery boxes and final-sale items can't be returned.
